Meme: 100 foods to try or not to try

Stefania, over at CityMama, posted her Omnivore's Hundred, and it looked fun. Unfortunately, I'm not as well-versed in culinary adventurism as I'd like to say I was. I tapped out at 50! (but half ain't bad, no?)

okay my daughter...i can't really endorse these foods, but here are the things i have had that you have not: black pudding, carp, borscht, clotted cream tea, abalone, spaetzle, frog legs, haggis, snail, horse. most of these things were on europe trips! ahh, culture. love, momo

okay my daughter, here are the foods which i have tried but you have not, which is not to say that i would necessarily endorse them: black pudding (actually good), carp, borscht (i bet you have had this), clotted cream tea, abalone, spaetzle (good), frog legs, haggis (not bad), snail, horse (also not bad). most of these things were sampled on europe trips! ahh, culture. love, momo
